Processing time

When you order a print from us, we need a maximum of 4 days to process the order. Then we hand it over to our shipping partner.
In the following list, you can see the standard delivery times, which are then added until the order arrives.
To make the waiting easier, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we send your order on its way. Please notice that the email with the tracking number will be sent from our service partner "checkrobin". Make sure to check also your spam folder in case you won't receive it.

Sometimes it can happen that shipping to certain e.g. isolated regions is unexpectedly expensive and exceeds the costs shown here. If this is the case we will get in touch with you and ask you if you want to cover the extra costs or prefer to cancel the order.

Customs & Taxes

If, despite our best efforts to ensure a smooth delivery, there should be any additional costs for customs, taxes or fees, it is your responsibility to cover them.
