This manhole cover Print is an authentic and contemporary depiction of Berlin's city skyline. It is unmistakable and could not come from any other city. Printed on the so-called `decorative lid´ from the local water company, Berliner Wasserbetriebe, which has been placed in the cityscape since 2006. Admired infinitely by some, overflowed by many, printed on T-shirts by us and carried out into the world by you.
Every piece is hand printed on the original manhole cover. Small imperfections in the print are a sign of quality and uniqueness.
Organic Cotton
The ink we use is water-based and eco-friendly. It is 100% free from formaldehyde, white spirit and APEO and suited for major ecology and social responsibility standards: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS.
This print is permanent and can of course be washed.
To maximize the life of this product, wash similar colours together at 30°C. Wash and iron inside-out and use a mild detergent...maybe, an eco-friendly one!
!Caution, it may have traces of street. Always wash before first use!
