1. general

By placing your order, you accept the following General Terms and Conditions of raubdruckerin productions (hereinafter referred to as "we"), in the current version at time of order. Other regulations are only valid if they have been agreed upon in a written form between raubdruckerin productions and you.

We have the right to amend, change or delete the terms and conditions at any time.

2. contract

This contract regulates the sale of new goods from the fields of textile design/fashion/art through the raubdruckerin online store. Details of the particular offer are taken from the product description of the offer page.

3. exchange

Within 14 days, you may return any items purchased in the raubdruckerin Online Shop without stating any reasons to the following address:

Please inform us by e-mail (orders@raubdruckerin.de) before you send us the items.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs of the return. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Please also note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers - more or less the same as if you had tried the items on in a store.

If there are clear signs of use or if the product is damaged during transport, we may refuse to accept the return. Please refer to the cancellation policy under the following item 11.

As soon as we receive the returned goods in proper condition, we will pack and ship the new item. Since we usually offer only small editions, it can happen that a requested product is out of stock before the exchange could take place. In this case we will inform you immediately. You then have the option to wait for the requested product to become available again or to be refunded. We will cover the shipping costs for the reshipment in case of an exchange.

4. prices | taxes | fees

All prices include sales tax excluding costs for packaging and shipping for orders from the EU.

For orders from other countries no sales tax will be charged. If there are any costs for deliveries to non-European countries, such as taxes and/or customs fees, it is your responsibility to pay them.

 

5. payment methods

You can pay for the goods by credit card, Sofort or PayPal. Additional fees for our payment methods are not charged.

The invoice amount is to be transferred in advance to the account indicated there after receipt of the order confirmation, which contains all payment information and is sent by e-mail.

 

6. acceptance of orders

We are free to not accept online orders. Whether an order is accepted is at our discretion. If an online order is not executed by us, we will inform the customer immediately.

An order confirmation does not constitute a binding purchase contract. The purchase contract shall only become effective upon delivery of the goods. The contract language is German.

To submit your binding order via the online shopping cart system, the following steps are required:

1. please add the selected item(s) to the virtual shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button.

2. open the shopping cart by clicking the button 'view shopping cart' or the icon in the upper right corner and make changes if necessary.

3. click the button 'checkout

4. enter the billing and delivery address

5. select the payment method

5. check and edit the order and all entries

7. accept our terms and conditions

8. press the button 'buy now' to complete the order process

9. you will receive an order confirmation e-mail

10. when the order has been completed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirming mail with a tracking number.

7. reservations

We reserve the right to provide a service equivalent in quality and price. The products shown in the store are exemplary and not the individual, contractual service. Due to the hand-printed designs, each ordered product is different.

We strive to depict the colors of the products truthfully. We point out that there may be slight deviations in the colors given in the picture compared to the actual color shades. Slight color deviations are mostly due to color settings on the monitors and do not represent a defect.

8. transport damages

If goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, you must immediately complain to the relevant carrier and refuse acceptance, without prejudice to your warranty rights.

In this case, please contact us immediately via orders@raubdruckerin.de , so that we can protect any rights against the shipper.

 

9. storage of the contract text

The contract text is not saved by raubdruckerin productions and cannot be accessed after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after submitting the order.

 

10. reservation of title

The goods remain property of raubdruckerin productions until full payment.

 

11. Legal instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, in the case of partial deliveries, the last of the goods.

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e-mail or letter by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the goods without comment. Provided that deviating circumstances do not arise, returning the goods without comment will be understood as a statement of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (the costs of return will borne by customer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us at:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The following model withdrawal form complies with all statutory information requirements. It is not necessary to state your withdrawal separately, e.g. by using the form below. It is enough to return the goods without comment.
